Few month ago I started to experience problems playing 3d games the computer freezes, screen goes black and it doesn't react on anything apart of pressing and holding switch off button. So I don't actually see the BSOD and comp doesn't restart. Reinstallation of Windows didn't help. I have the last drivers for my video card. Removing of antivirus didn't help. You can see my system specification in my profile.

The other problem I am using the german version of Windows so I am not sure how useful will be that files, that I uploaded , can anybody help me with this?

Your card is suffering from a very common TDR116 error which is usually caused by a non-responsive GPU or a fault in the card video memory itself. There is usually no software fix for this.

Run a Video Memory Test with OCCT
NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT

Test your RAM:

STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

Test your card in another PC and try to replicate the issue, you'll know for sure if it's defective
Code:
BugCheck 116, {fffffa800cb11430, fffff88008b9e6c4, ffffffffc000009a, 4}

Thanks a lot for helping me.
The problem is I can't open the computer to get the video card out, because of closed warranty. It looks I will need to bring it to service then, after I run those tests. Could it be a using of dual monitors issue?

Run temperature monitoring software on your card while running tests, sometimes can be caused by overheating issues but even if it is you prob wont be able to do anything without opening, dual monitors may work the card a bit harder but should not cause a bsod on its own but may contribute to an existing fault eg overheating

Thanks you.
Could you advice a good temperature monitoring software?

For some games it happens after few seconds (during introduction video) fro other after 1-2 hours. I can't open it but I will need to prove to service that the thing is broken. Unfortunately unless I play it works all great even doing some heavy 3D rendering with blender without problems the same for watching HD videos. I thought if I bring the prints of test results they will take it and replace the card.

Used GPU-Z by Techpower fro measuring temperature.
The system is frozen in the same way as in games after 60 seconds of the OCCT GPU stress test at temperature of 111 C (started from 83). So I guess it is about the broken video card and overheating, I'll bring my comp to service then. Thank you kind for your help.
