now if you said you were on windows 8 and wanted only ie9 I could see your point, but I cannot see Microsoft not supporting ie9 until they stop supporting Windows 7 and that will not be for at least another 4 years, by then you might need a new computer
and, I am not even going to consider ie10 for at least 6 months till I see all the bugs out of it
