I was helping my son out with his chemistry and have done heaps of this stuff BUT didn't realize ... the nucleus is the major mass element of an atom (I knew that) but in relative terms it is equivalent to around a marble in the middle of a football field in the overall size of the atom. Basically we are all full of nothing. Life suddenly makes more sense :D
