Some websites won't load in windows 7

Do you see it's trying to load the page? Some spinning wheel in browsertab for example. Can you enter another address in browser? Can you browse other sites in another tab?

Yes I see it trying to load the page, the spinning wheel continues over and over, sometimes it shows parts of the website sometimes a blank page but the wheel doesn't stop. I can still open other websites in other tabs, like google or youtube.

Tried clean startup, didn't solve the problem.
Also, I noticed that Kaspersky managed to start "by itself" even after disabling services and programs in msconfig. None of the other start up programs did start autoatically (like synaptics touchpad or intel technology), is this normal that kaspersky still started?

Kaspersky is almost sure a service.... all virusscanners are services. Was kaspersky really running?? Or did you run the user interface only?

I think it was running...no other non microsoft program/service showed up except Kaspersky. It must have autodefense or something.
I did restore my regular start up programs/services. After rebooting things are working again now??!!

try running IE9 for some time. Does problem appear
try running chrome for some time. Does problem appear

so try running only one browser. You have to find something that triggers the strange things

After facing the problem again, I have now unistalled kaspersky and cyberghost vpn (which I wasn't using, but I thought it might cause some problems too). I will test to see it it solves the problem.
