I have seen similar threads, but I think my issue is different as the solutions haven't worked for me. I ran the SF diagnostic, but it didn't place a folder on my computer to zip and upload. If someone could help me with that step, I can get this started,
edit: Also, I didn't get the blue screen recently, but I did have it set to save the dump file when it happened last, I hope that the SF program can still grab from the last BSOD. If not I will recreate the problem and make it happen again. Also I did set it up to save the mini dump for next time. Should I change it to the kernal option instead?

Un-install the McAfee AV and keep MSE. After the removal, reboot your PC. McAfee is known to cause memory address problems. (And so is running two AVs at once.)
