Keep getting BSOD - 0x00000124

My PC started freezing, so I decided to reboot it to factory settings. But now I am getting a BSOD. I have tried different Nvidia drivers (including latest) but that doesn't make a difference. I have also update sound and direct X drivers. I have run lots of malware and virus scans, done a memory test and checked HDD for errors. Everything was fine. All windows updates are up to date. I used the program on here to create crash logs, I have attached. Iv also attached an autoruns .arn file.

I should also add that the blue screen trigger percentage is as follows:
idle or doing little = 5%
browsing internet (no videos) = 10%
watching videos = 60%
online videos = 25%

plus there is an overclocking profile but I have set overclocking to default and it doesn't help, iv also tried 4 different overclocking profiles and still no different.

All of the memory dumps give the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR code. This code is usually hardware related. Many of the dumps reference GenuineIntel as the source of the problem, however one of them was able to show the problem originating in GCACHEL2_ERR_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 8) which is your L2 cache on your intel processor. Please undo the overclocking you have described. Backup important data and run the Prime95 CPU test.

Actually, Proc and Bank don't refer to the CPU per say. These are registers the CPU uses to communicate with Windows error handling. Proc is a Process and Bank is a stack of registers.

I would still run the CPU test and while running, monitor the voltages supplied by the Power Supply (PS). A weak or failing PS is a routine cause of CPU failures.

Thanks for the catch, I meant to say "intel processor", not "first processor". It would be kind of redundant to say it's the first processor on a system that only has one processor

I ran the Prime 95 small FFTs test for 3 and a half minutes and if I read RealTemp correctly then my CPU was hitting 86°C. I read on here that letting it go over 78°C+ is not good. I also noticed it went to 86°C within a few minutes on the Furmark test. Any further guidance would be appreciated.

some more info - If I play HD videos then it guarantees a BSOD, with standard videos it only Blues creens sometimes; also downloading at 15mb/s+ causes a bluescreens

The 12v line is pretty low. It shouldn't vary from 12v by more than +/- 5%. I don't see the 5v line listed. Set your clocking back to default and re-post another voltage snip. Is the one above at idle?

I went into overclocking and put everything back to the default settings. I assume this clears any overclocking profile.

I ran a 'Blend' test on Prime 95 and it makes my PC Bluescreen almost instantly. I ran the 'small FFT' test aswell and that didnt make it blue screen.

Based on this, I would say your L2 cache was busted.
However, other kind of failure is still possible, so I'll ask someone else to have a look

Besides overclocking, as pointed out by carwiz, bad PSU could be the cause, messing your hardware's voltage and such.

some more info I forgot to add: sometimes the computer starts stuttering/sticking, sometimes it gets over it but most of the time it goes to a BSOD.

I don't see a screen shot. All I see is a link to some upload site then a button to download some file. Sorry, not for me. If you want anybody to see it, use the attach tool (paper clip) in the message reply header and load it directly from your PC.

Fans reporting 0 rpm is not uncommon but definately needs checking

I recommend you take side of machine and visually check all fans are spinning and while your in there shutdown unplug and do a bit of spring cleaning in particular around the cpu heatsink

The type of hardware error your are getting are commonly caused by overheating or psu faults more than physical mobo/cpu faults so thats where i would start

The inside is clean as I delicately hovered it thoroughly about 2 weeks ago. I have one back fan which is spinning, one large front fan which is spinning and a device called Arctic cooling Freezer 13 which is spinning. So 3 fans that are all spinning, so probably a communication error with speed fan?

I ran the 10 minute sensor test on Real Temp. (from what I can tell) what that does is open Prime 95 and runs the small FTT test. The temp goes to 85°C and then Realtemp makes it drop to 40 odd while Prime is still running.

The drop in temp is good. I wouldn't expect 85c. to hurt the processor. 90+ might but it will start throttling to save itself and these will show up in the system event log. I'm leaning toward the power supply. It's may be on it's way out but I would get a second opinion from another tester like HWiNFO64. Just don't run more than one at a time.

Sorry but I don't quite understand what you mean with the 5v line voltage and the no system specs? I ran the program you mentioned, hopefully that gives you the information you need.

The Arctic cooler is plugged into the motherboard, the other 2 fans are attached to the Chassis.
