Why aren't yours animated?

Wow.. your sig keeps getting better :shock: whats next?

I could never get it to save as an animated gif ... its always static....see sig... how did you do it Grim??

I just saved it as a gif and uploaded it to my skydrive and linked it from there, that might be your problem if you uploaded it to the forum there is a size restriction so if you go over that then you will loose the animation.

That's a nice idea but unfortunately we can't upload to your public folder, we can only download from there, so the work around would be to upload it here first in a zip and then get you to host it on your skydrive.

Once you have it on your skydrive, click on the image until it opens on a blank page and you should see the animation at this point, then right click the image and select copy image location.

Then when your editing your sig select the icon next to the globe with the paperclip, the yellow one with the mountains on it and paste the image location in there and the image should appear, remove any other images you have uploaded and your done.

OK found out what your problem is, you need to use the Seven Blue skin to have that option, sorry I forgot that John removed it from the other skins.

Correction, it's only the default first 2 skins that don't have the link image button.

Nope.....I don't have it on any of the skins! (Maybe it's a permissions issue?)

No joy, it does say 'Allow Image BB Code: No'at the bottom of the page though so I think it's a permissions thing.
