BSOD at Login, error 0x000001e

I keep getting a blue screen when logging in. I have attached the dump file. Any ideas?

-Only use the laptop on a hard surface with nothing blocking any of the vents.
-Use a laptop cooling pad if possible
-Blow out all vents with canned air (DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner or an air compressor, they can damage the components).
-Ensure that the fan comes on and is blowing air out of the vent (may not happen at startup, but should happen after using it for a while).

System Temperature

Ensure that there are no heat issues, For monitoring heat of the system use Speccy or HWMonitor

Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold. So this issue was happening yesterday so I used the factory image option to wipe my computer. The problem is still there but I run the diagnostics and everything checks out fine.

I uninstalled McAfee but the shortcut was still there.

No malware was found.

For startup, safe mode with command prompt seem to be the only stable option.

I attached the hard drive report from CrystalDiskInfo

Heat monitoring tools aren't running in safe mode.

In regards to Atheros Driver, I'm not sure what one is installed on this computer...

For Memtest, I ran that last night and it came up with no errors.
