I can't find the IP helper

I ve searched in servces.msc but it is not there for some reason.I want to stop it but I can't find it, how do I find it?thank you

and I want to stop cuz there is a problem with one game and I found a way to fix it by disabling your ip helper

I'm not a gamer so I guess that is why I didn't understand.
If you can't find IP Helper in Services I would try this. Keep in mind if someone or something has removed it or Windows Services have been tampered with this might not help.

I did it and I didn't find anything corrupted , and I tried to put it in my pc by downloading the ''iphlpsvc'' that guy in that post gave to another person who has the same problem with me but nothing

Sorry I missed that. Maybe it's a language thing but I noticed you have nothing in Services that start with the letter (H).
In my opinion the only way I know how to get all those things back in services would be a clean install using your Windows 7 COA sticker.
What kind of a operating system is Αττική?

What I have seen from your picture their is more missing than IP Helper. Messing with Windows Services is very risky just like messing with Windows Registry. That is why I recommended a clean install. That way you will have Windows 7 installed with all the things it should have. It would take for ever for some one with the knowledge to go through all of the Windows Services and put them back like they should be.
