Hello. I have lately been noticing the temperature on my CPU and Motherboard is really high. Its usually 70 degrees C but once I start gaming and code Java in background it will go up to 80+ degrees C. I am really worried. What can I do to prevent this to happen? Why does this happen?

Holy Symbol,
Welcome to SF. When was the last time you opened up the case and cleaned it complete? Understand that computers are really just room air cleaners and heaters so keep 'em clean ! Also a riser or laptop cooler helps...but not with dust and dust bunny's. I use air in the intake and a vacuum on the exhaust with the lappy turned off or better yet open it up and some designs allow direct access to the guts and makes easy to blow out and clean fan with q-tip!

I have a laptop but I got a tip from my friend to vacuum it. I tried to do that while my laptop was off, and it seemed to help. Now its been a week since I did it last time and the computer is on the same stage as it was before I vacuumed it.

Is this your laptop model? Samsung R580 (Core i3) review | Laptops and netbooks Reviews | TechRadar

If so, here is a tutorial on how to open up the case and clean the fans (looked for the R580 model, but couldn't find an exact match for case opening) These videos should help give you an idea of what you are doing for repair.

I would open up the case and blow out any dust and put new thermal paste on the heatsinks for the CPU and graphics chip. Note: first video looks more like a total tear-down. I don't think you need to disassemble the case this much to get to your fan...

This one was suggested from laptopinventory.com: (it is for an acer aspire, but might match up closer to your laptop's setup)

I wouldn't directly vacuum the mobo.....very bad idea for ESD reasons. Please use compressed air and then clean the fan blades with q-tip. Dust bunnies could be blocking air flow so follow the air intake to fan to exhaust path and blow out everything.

Samsung R580 is my model yes. I have watched both of the videos but I am very afraid of disassembly it. I have never done this before so I am afraid if I do anything wrong...

Try just removing any panels and the battery and blow out what you can reach.
