FLATRON T1710 not working on windows 7

I have a LG flatron touchscreen connected to a windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit Desktop PC when I first purchased the touchscreen it worked on the PC perfectly, This was 10 months ago But recently the screen stopped working ( touch feature), I contacted LG and after a couple days of trying to get the issue fixed through their Tech support they advised to take the screen to their repair centre.

The screen was in the repair for just over 13 days I have just got it Back 30/07/2013 on the repair docket they say they replaced the touch sensors and it's still not working in Device manager the screen is detected correctly (LG - T1710) I formatted windows thinking there may have been a problem with the windows install but still not working in device manager it has USB touch panel with the a astrik I have the latest calibration software and monitor drivers from LG but have had no luck. Can anyone advise of what my next step should be.

Please check the link below to download and update the touchcsreen driver for your monitor:

You should also check this touchscreen on a different system to isolate the issue. If the similar issue happens on a different system then you should consider replacing the touchscreen monitor.
