BSOD during gaming, user experience rating. CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_4_P

I've got info from 2 dumps Windows made, but now after reading the analysis I suspect it's a CPU malfunction. Can anyone give an idea what should I do next?

Besides, tried to run the verifier without "Low resources simulation" but then I couldn't even boot into the windows. I think it's worth noting.

You'll have to upload the big C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP file. The minidumps are useless for analyzing CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT crashes.

Thanks for the followup, however, I don't have a any other .dmp files on my hard drives, well that's at least what "dir *.dmp /s /ahs" and "dir *.dmp /s" try to convince me.
