I tried to use installation CD for Cyberlink PowerDVD from my old Dell computer Windows7 to install it on my new Dell WIndows7 but I am getting this message
This software can be installed only on a Dell unbranded systems
I tried the suggestions below but none of them worked for me

OEM software, such as supplied by Dell, is only legally licensed for the PC it was delivered with.

I does not look like there's a freeware version of PowerDVD. If you want it, I think you're going to have to purchase it.

It can only be installed on the system it was ship with. If it was shipped with the other system as well then you can download the same from the link below:
