Hello,

I've experienced two BSOD on my new gaming rig. The first was several days ago while exiting from a full screen Youtube video. The second happened moments ago while playing Rome II Total War. I have a hunch that it may be related to running MSI Afterburner, as the BSOD crashes started after I started using it instead of Asus GPU tweak.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks,

- Josh

joshykins, the file you uploaded doesn't contain any dump files.
Make sure windows is properly configured to generate them by following this tutorial:

Other than that MSI-Afterburner is well known for causing bugchecks on Windows 7, regardless of the fact
that diagnosing an overclocked machine is useless being that running a part out of spec will
cause all sorts of misleading errors to spew out.

Please revert all overclocked components back to stock speed and remove MSI-Afterburner.
If you are still experiencing issues after the fact we are here to help :) .

Side note;
Your PC is logging a lot of heat related events i would look into that as well.
You can download Speccy to use for monitoring the temperature.

Thanks for the reply,

It's odd, I followed dump files tutorial before posting and thought I had configured things correctly.

As for MSI Afterburner, I've stopped using the program. I only use it for monitoring and selecting custom GPU fan speeds and to monitor temperatures. I have also never overclocked the system using it or any other program.

Thanks very much for your suggestions, if the BSOD continues, I'll be sure to follow up and upload dump files properly.
