Solved Got 2 User Acount in 1 computer but i sure never create another user .

I create user Nobodies but when i check C:\Users i got folder game.

I think this a user too but i never create account game. When i check inside this folder i got something wrong like this

is it virus or another my program make this folder? this folder have size 22.7 Mb

problem solved. i delete by followint tutorial detele user account. btw is this safe when i delete that folder?
