Solved ATI gpu driver fails to install, says Windows does not support it

I can't find a 32-bit version of the 13.1 CCC on AMD's site, any help?
I found this on another site: Download AMD Catalyst 13.1 Software Suite Vista/7 32-bit | techPowerUp

But that one is called Catalyst Software Suite, I am not sure that it can do the scaling-thing which I need?

I still haven't installed a driver, I presume it is one of these two that I should install, can you help me pick one?

Ooookay some weird things happened, black border disappeared but graphics/resolution is horrible, see pictures:



EDIT: I obviously can't chose 1920x1440, it is not supported and my screen is supposed to run at 1920x1080

Rebooted PC, black border reappeared.

Aaaargh this is so frustrating...

Well that Version is not stable .. Maybe try an older Version .. Not even sure a clean install would sort the problem

Just noticed this in device manager, doesn't seem good ...

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)".

That is the graphics card.
