I read the information on how to fix the issue and I followed the steps, got the appropriate responses, closed the command window, restarted the computer and same problem exist after the fix. So, just curious if there is something I missed or what. Or if there is a different approach. I used the administrator sign on as suggested.

- I installed the stock 140mm case fan outside of case then installed the H70+ 1 of its 120mm fans inside case. Used the 2nd 120mm from the H70 to go in the Gpu tunnel.
