Thank you Gary its two layers (gif) but have to fiddle with it to keep it sharp and the kb`s down, the Sig is 66.8kb - so quite a few layers could be used

If you size the avatar 99x99 the animation should show up.
I think that's what ARC informed someone to do.

I put a bit more time into this one after having most of the afternoon to myself for a change. I think I may have to find a better Joker picture though.

If you nudge the Joker render to a bit left so that his hand ends with the left end of the design, it will look a bit better IMHO.

On a side note, would somebody be kind enough to link me to the sig size limits? I couldn't remember what size to make the final .PNG.

Yeah that was what I made it, I didn't know if I could get it slightly bigger or if that was my limit. For the life of me I can't find the sig size limits on here, I've read them before but can't remember them.
