I have download The oceanis background but it says application not found. and Option 3 off Shawn the Regedit I did exactly the steps that it shows there but there is still no results. please can you help me to change my back ground on the notebook.

Sounds like you didn't save the background file properly. Where did you download this background from, do you have a link???
