Converting Text To Outlines Abobe Illustrator

I just have a quick question to ask. When you convert text to outlines in Adobe Illustrator is there a way you can revert it back to text afterwards, so when you come back to it you can it you can edit the text?

Well when you want to send a business card to print out to a company , you have to make sure that you convert your text to outlines because most computers won't have the same text . Creating outlines will help your text stay the exact same.
