Solved Batman Arkham Origins: Stuck with deathstroke

Hello everyone,

Just got BAO installed on my PC. Game play is awesome. Graphics, amazing. I played the game for good 2 hours and came to a point where I have to fight one of the assassins sent to kill Batman. Death stroke, I have fought with him atleast 20 times and lost .

Anyone who has completed the fight? Please let me know any tips and tricks.

He is fast.

I am not sure of the name. But, It is chapter 3. Batman VS Deathstroke.

Grayson defeats Deathstroke by taking advantage of the two-way connection between him and Damian by using a taser on Damian, the resulting electric shock overwhelming Deathstroke's enhanced senses. Not sure if that helps. Does Batman have a taser ? LOL

I fought with him atleast 25 times now and he beats the s**t out of me (Batman actually)

He is so fast and if not countered properly he kills you in no time. I watched a Youtube video on how to beat him and the uploader was repeating the same line "This is the toughest enemy Batman has ever encountered". Even he was not able to defeat him in the first go.

If you can stomach a joke, here you go: Call him 'Willy Slade'. (Deathstroke's RL name is 'Slade Wilson', unless they're messed with it for Arkham Origins or the DC 'Reboot.) Taunting him will cause him to become so cross, that he will make a mistake.

I suspect, however, that Batman doesn't have a Holy Hand Grenade Of Antioch in his belt.

Seriously, tho'; knowing my new rig (in my specs) will be shipping with a pro bono copy of Arkham Origins (as well as Splinter Cell: Blacklist and a couple of other games) and seeing the glowing reviews and lovely screenshots for the game...well, I'm looking forward to it! ^_^

Deathstroke caused a few rage quits until I worked out it's a simple case of Counter, quick hit, batclaw, repeat.

Throwing a quick batclaw provokes him into attacking instead of standing there all damn smug and blah blah.

Given that I'm pretty new to gaming in the vein of Batman: Arkham Origins, I think I'll remember that for when my Bat-Taunt fails, and must use more functional methods of subduing Deathstroke: The Terminator. Thanks kindly, ami!
