Hi i got a problem with my PC, It doesn't boot, i hear no beeping sound, although the fans are moving. However everytime i remove the Cpu fan and re-inserting and switch the power on then it starts to boot and all is ok.
annoyingly it started to occur frequently, sometimes my pc boots fine but on the next boot then the problem surfaces. i really dont know whats going on
? Help is so much appreciated.

Intel processors will throttle to save themselves. AMD, not so much. They'll run until they melt. Best get a heatsink that fits and mounts correctly.
