re-enable Windows Mail I was in Windows 7

While on a MS forum page I got this referral page: More here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/5481-windows-mail.html It stated Windows is turned off in Win7, and to re-enable it. On seven forum page I get message you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. The page has been removed.
2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If page deleted, so be it; If it is possible to re-enable Windows Mail in Win7, does anyone know hpw?

Windows Mail is long gone. Switch to Windows Live Mail.

Windows mail does not work correctly if you can get it to install in Windows 7
Windows live Mail is what you should install instead
