Dell Inspirion 1545 Home Edition wi fi problem

Hi folks, i have a friends laptop that for some reason has decided to stop working using wi fi.

It finds networks to connect to but when you select the one you want it tries to connect but then simplies says 'cannot connect' and nothing else happens. All of the following 'help' guides reveal nothing.

And yes the F2 button has been pressed !!

Its a Dell Inspiron 1545 running windows 7 home edition.

Please let us know the wireless card installed on the system. Also check the system under safe mode with networking and let us know:
