Hi Guys,

Up until a last week my 3tb Toshiba Stor e 3tb desktop hard drive was working, but then i came home from work last Tuesday to a power cut and when the power resumes my PC doesnt recognize it any more.

I have tried removing it and plugging it back in again, also trying a different USB port, but I get the following messages:

error 1.PNG

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance :)

Toby

Hi Toby,

If it was working fine then first thing to try would be to perform a system restore:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

And if it fails then check this thread which should help you resolve this issue:

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
