hi
I cannot see an email from a specific mailing list.
The exchange admin says that according to him the email is sent to you.
But its not shown in my account. I was earlier able to recieve emails but not now. The emails are sent at my address according to our exchange administrator.

I have checked In each and every folder in my outlook 2010 but is not there.
I also used the from keyword in search and couldn't find it in any of folders in my outlook.

It is not in deleted folder.

It's not in the quarantine box. We are using Microsoft quarantine facility.

There are no rules defined in my outlook.

Any help?

Do you have an OWA (Outlook Web Access) interface that you could check?

See if the illusive e-mails are showing via OWA.

You might try adding a simple rule that pops up a message when an e-mail comes in from that list e-mail address. I have my doubts that a rule will help... but at this point, I'm grasping at straws.

As a last resort - how good are you at using a tool like wireshark :-)

So if it is not possible in outlook then is there any other email client that can do it?

Lotus notes?
Eudora?
Thunderbird?

I did extensive search in owa fir those emails.
In the Outlook client, there should be a folder named Sync Issues. Is there any info in there that might help us find these missing e-mails?

If Outlook is somehow removing these e-mails, then they will not be in OWA either. Can you close your Outlook client and only use OWA for a while?

So if it is not possible in outlook then is there any other email client that can do it?

Eudora?
Thunderbird?
I've not used other e-mail clients in a exchange environment... so I cannot answer that question.
