I remember one time the wind chill was -85F, however the foehn winds blew in overnight and when I woke up it was only -10F, and a group of us went outside in Tshirts ... for a very short period of time! :p

International Falls is about 200 miles north of me and it does get colder there, but overall the arrowhead (northeast) region of the state usually has the coldest temps. Embarrass, MN comes by its name quite honestly. :D
