The oddest thing that has me completely stumped. This issue started on Tuesday and I can't figure out what is going on. When I click to respond to a match in eHarmony I click Send Her A Message and I get redirected back to the previous page. I should be getting a new window in which I can interact with the match.

I've contacted EH Tech, but naturally they give you the basic trouble shooting formulas. What I've tried.

This issues happens in all browsers, IE, Chrome, FireFox.

Disabled Win7 Firewall, un-installed/re-installed Java, Adobe Reader, Microsoft Home Essentials, Malwarebytes. I ran the computer with both Home Essentials and Malware uninstalled with Win 7 Firewall turned off.

Disabled all Pop Up Blockers, reset cookies and sites allowed/excluded.

I'm not having issues with my other computers in the house, just my main PC. Its not my ISP as its working on other computers and Wi-fi.

I can send a video link (YouTube) illustrating the issue via PM.

Thanks Guy, yep, going into Safe Mode with Network was actually my first step in troubling shooting, that didn't work. I did the Clean Start as suggested and I'm still having the issue.

You might try restoring to a restore point from before the problem began, be sure to choose to show affected programs and drivers.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

It's a stumper because it is just the one PC, and it affects all browsers. If you right click on the send her a message button, does it give the option to copy link address or similar, or show it is a javascript? If the site works on other computers on your network, it does not seem to be a site issue. Do you have another user account on your PC that you can try with? If not, consider creating one as a test.

The farthest I can go back on the Restore is 12/07, which is after the issue started happening. I was experiencing problems on 12/03. I tried creating a new account, but its doing the same thing there too. When I right click on Send Hear A Message I get:

Edit Side Note:

Strange Work Around to get the page that won't load to at least show. If I click on Send Her A Message or Respond To Her Message I get the Previous Page, but then if I hit the Back Button then quickly hit X (for Stop), the page works (populates), but I can't respond because the page is in a Paused/Loading Mode that's been halted/stopped. Side note, I've had a similar issue with my Gaming Guilds Web SIte. When I click on the Book Mark for my Gaming Guild I get a Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 25952256) (tried to allocate 6266 bytes) in /home/oldtime/public_html/vb/vb/view/navbar.php on line 0

Once I reload the page, or go to our Forum Section it works. I'm not sure if the two are related.

If I may make a suggestion.
After following A Guy suggestion.
Completely shut down your computer and then remove all A/C power. Then remove the power for your modem and router. Wait a few minutes.
Allow power back for the modem, router and computer then Start your computer. Wait a couple of minutes and let all the little blinking lights get done and see if it helps.
Sometime routers and modems get confused and just need a complete fresh start.
I have never known doing this to hurt anything but sometimes it helps.

I must admit I'm a bit stumped. I can't try things as I don't belong. It's https: so I don't want to suggest trying a proxy as you would be trusting your login to the proxy site. You can try the System File Checker, it will cause no harm in any case, even if it doesn't help

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Does this PC connect to the internet differently then the other PCs in your home, or are they all networked and connected the same?

Well I'm also stumped. But I will be looking in now and again.
Are you letting Windows 7 handle your memory and page filing?
Is your page filing on the same drive your operating system is on?
I'm trying to think of something that all browsers have in common.

From post #5
**When I click on the Book Mark for my Gaming Guild I get a Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 25952256) (tried to allocate 6266 bytes) in /home/oldtime/public_html/vb/vb/view/navbar.php on line 0

I'm curious as what the problem is.
If I get in the way just run me off.

I'm not sure if I'm letting Win7 handle my Memory, but an issues I've had for quite some time is some of my programs in my Start Menu will lose their Graphical Icon and I have to do a Rebuild Cache sequence Link. How do I determine if Win7 is handling my memory page filing?

Scan Checker didn't find any problems. All the computers are connected via Wire through the same Router.

All that I can contribute at this point is checking the page file setting:

I followed the video and all my settings, with the exception of Performance Options, which I switched back to Let Windows Decide, were as outlined in the video. The first time I click on Respond To Her Message, the Window to respond appeared, but it wouldn't load completely. I repeated the process again by clicking on Respond To Her Message, but it then reverted back to the same issue. Seems like we're making progress or at least making some interesting discoveries.

Thanks for all your guys help. After talking with and trying out a lot of Malware/Virsus programs from the guys at CyberTech Help Support Forums I ended up just doing a fresh load. I've not done a fresh load, typically I just do a clean Format Install. I'll be loading all my programs from a fresh load versus migrating them from the Windows.old file. Thanks for all your suggestions. IE, Chrome and Firefox are all working as intended.
