Needed a quick Xmas sig, so I tossed this one together. It is supposed to be animated (the tree and the Santa) but doesn't work for some reason. Will play around and find out why later. It works in the .psd file, but won't when saved as a .gif.

Sizing is wrong for this site, the sig was originally for NineForums, which uses different parameters.
