The difference between the default “administrator” and other users,

The difference between the default “administrator” and users that have “administrator” privileges,

I couldn’t figure out the difference between the default “administrator” that is built-in the time the windows installed and other users that have administrator privileges.

Do the user that have “administrator” privileges = default administrator?

Or still the default “administrator” has much more power and privileges?

Hello Jamal,

The built-in "Administrator" account has elevated rights/privileges by default, and doesn't need UAC approval.

A normal administrator has the same unelevated rights as a standard user by default, but you can approve the UAC prompt for any action that requires elevated rights to allow it to run elevated (aka: "Run as administrator").

In case the default “administrator” is deleted, which other user can replace it with its same elevated privileges? Then for which reason it is made possible to delete the default administrator?

No worries. The built-in Administrator can only be enabled or disabled, and cannot be permanently deleted. If you clicked on Delete in your screenshot, you would get an error after clicking on Yes to confirm saying that it cannot be deleted.

The Administrator account is one of the built in accounts, none of which can be deleted. This account should not be used for general use but reserved for emergencies, such as if the profile of your regular account becomes corrupt and unusable. It is recommended to create your own Admin level account for general use, as you have done. It can do everything the built in Administrator account can.
