Nice score Patrick, you will do better with an OC on the GPU's but that is up to you. Very nice score mate anyway.

Hmm. That is with my OC in place.

Maybe by having my 2nd card in the 3rd slot, it is being affected by PCI-E bottlenecking. I'm sacrifing PCI-E 3.0 x16/x16 to keep temps down. It should be PCI-E 3.0 x16/PCI-E 3.0 x8


EDIT: GPU-Z is reporting that the second card is running @ Pci_E 1.1 x16 :huh: - this needs looking into.

I swapped my bottom card to to the second slot and now it's showing PCI-E 3.0 x8/x8 - Should be x16/x16. This is odd. I don't know whether to trust GPU-Z or not...

That's what I'm hoping it is - Each config, the scores benched pretty much the same, so I'll take the hit and keep the cooler option (Sandwiched together the heat must have affected other parts of the card (VRMS, mem etc) because it was artifacting bad at the same OC settings.

The only reason I've got two is for surround; otherwise I'd stick with one for single screen. They are a pretty beastly card
