Solved Getting Windows 7 to recognize my Hard Drive?

Hey, I'm almost done with the long process of building my first PC *confetti* and I need a little bit of help.
My Hard Drive is RECOGNIZED by windows but my PC isn't using it. See Below

Are you talking about DISK0?

If so, you need to partition it first in order for Windows to be able to access it. Here is a tutorial:
