All the default programs that come with windows are gone.

I have to search for mspaint to find paint, and I have to do Windows + R C:\Windows\System32\StikyNot.exe to open sticky notes.. can someone help me out so I can find them through the windows search?

Dont think you get what my problem is.

this is my accessoies list http://i.imgur.com/H5Un7iI.png
Looks like the contents of folder: C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

Is it that folder that you see? Tip: just rename a shortcut there, or copy a shortcut. Accessories list changes? Put it back like it was.

Folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories has all the stuff you're missing?

start->programs->right click accessories. Click "display all users" or something like that (I don't have english win7).
It opens C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories now? If so, can you doubleclick the shortcuts there and do they work?

start->programs->right click maintenance. "display all users" works? Icons shown in start->programs->maintenance?
start->programs->right click startup. "display all users" works? Icons shown in start->programs->startup?

That was the answer for your first question, to your second question the only thing in Maintenance is "Help and support"

But right click "display all user" at programs->maintenance opens folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Maintenance"?

But right click "display all user" at programs->startup opens folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"?

Try Control Panel

Try this:

Click Start -> “Computer”, then click the Organize button -> Folder and search options -> View tab. In the View window select “Show hidden files, folders and drives”.

Then browse to:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

If you can see Paint, Snipping Tool and Sticky Notes then right click on each and select "Properties"

On the "General" tab make sure that the checkbox labelled "Hidden" is clear. If it's checked - uncheck it then click "OK"

If you don't see Paint, Snipping Tool and Sticky Notes in that folder you'll have to reinstall them. You can get them from here:

Accessories folder for Windows 7 Program Data: (Direct download link. Zipped file).

Extract the files, copy “Accessories” and paste to (Replace username with the name of your user account):

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\

Might need a reboot to take effect.

You're missing C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Maintenance as well.
copy it from another win7 system

Did you paste the stuff to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ ? then it works for you... but not for other users you create on your system!
Who, what and why was the stuff deleted? Did you move the stuff by accident?
