Did the problem occur immediately after installing or were you able to use the program and this is a recent change. I am referring to the original install, not the "uninstall/reinstall".

After installing able to use the program and recently unable to use it. Now every time open Microsoft Office 2013 also will pop-up "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).click OK to close the application. "
