I am sure this question has posted before, but couldnt find it. I just installed the Disc I had for Win 7, but since I am not much of a fan of IE...
I understand that FF is crashing too much ... but how about Opera... what is your suggestion.

Thanks to the community!

I have used FF fof years with no problems, but recently have switched because of the political shenanigans that have been going on between the EU, Mozilla and Microsoft.. I till like FF, but can no longer support them..

You have IE instaled, and firefox especially the new release (3.5.3), Opera is a good browser but some sites dont support it 100%. I would be using FF if I were you.

What about it dont you like?

I can assure you that the question has been debated here in the past - quite extensively :D

However rather than take anyone else's opinion the only way to really decide is to try it yourself :D

What I'd suggest is that you give each of the contenders at least a week and see which one suits you, all have pros and cons which one you choose will depend on how you use your browser.

I may be wrong on this as chrome may have changed, but when it was was first released it spyed on everything you did inside of chrome (so i havent kept up with info on their latest builds).

Just type into a search engine chrome is spyware and come to your own conclusion. But just remember that Google is in the business of gathering data and putting any of their software on your pc is IMHO utter suicide for your privacy.
