Where do I find Microsoft Picture Manager in 7 Professional?

What happened to Microsoft Picture Manager? I can't find it anywhere

If you have installed Microsoft Office, you'll find it there.

No, Microsoft Picture manager is NOT in Office 2013...that I can see. Did they put it somewhere else? It's one of the reasons I even did Window again.

I think Jacee is correct.

On my machine, Microsoft Office Picture Manager appears under Microsoft Office ->Microsoft Office Tools in the Start Menu.

It isn't as good as some other free options available now days,

It's also there in Office 2007.

Did you maybe un-check it during custom installation??

Windows 7 did not come with a picture manager installed naïvely just a Windows Photo Viewer. You will need to download your own software to manage pictures or manager from Windows Explorer.
