Yeah, I think I rang it too much, the new score was with a lower mem OC and improved my score plus a few little tweaks here and there
Right that's the fun over for today, time to go and do boring stuff.
This shows the value of continuous tweaking.
I'm thinking that when the memory is clocked too high then performance drops off as the system is forced to do more error correction. Up to a certain point, this occurs "silently" with no indication that something is wrong (except for the drop in performance).
I am reasonably certain that some application I was using reported the error correction in the GPU but I can't for the life of me find it now. It would be useful for adjusting for max OC with minimum errors.
