There were no dumps in your zip file. I did notice two AVs running. This can sometimes cause a problem. And it will definitely slow your system down. You also have something similar to Daemon tools that often causes a problem. (I got curious after seeing five DVDs on a laptop.) I think it's Magic ISO or some such. Without the dump(s), that's just a guess but it's a place to start.
As far as the label, I wondered about that. Apparently, they expect frequent repairs. HP does have a parts list.

The memory is fudged, those contacts are damaged beyond repair.
Bro man over in electronic junk pile land isn't agreeing to a refund so I'm working with alixpress to get a refind now...
This how he sends me confirmation the board was working before it left their warehouse...any idea what I'm looking at here and what exactly is that on the left connected to the power supply??

I would certainly give them a bad rep on eBay and let them know he's fraudulent. Looks to be a Chinese crook from the scrawls on the tape on the front of the table.
From what I see in the picture the board isn't even connected to power, and he's got the monitor hooked to another machine out of the picture.

Save that picture as YOUR evidence! If you paid with a CC, take the refund up with them and challenge the charge. (If you're in the US.) There's nothing connected to the display port. It's possible that the display is USB but there's only two USB ports in use. I see the mouse and one other in use. So where's the keyboard?
Besides, the damage to the memory slot is not evident by just showing a game screen or what ever that is. Ah yes, the pitfalls of eBay.

Really, both rows of contacts are scratched, it's a miracle the top one works...it's bizarre how that could happen. It's like some intentionally just scraped the portion of contacts on each slot
I did get a unexpected shut down today. Out of nowhere, no intensive taks, no blue screen, but when I rebooted I got BSOD error reporting.
