Must "SAVE" first, before I can "Run" when downloading.

When downloading I get the msg: "Run or Save" the file at the bottom. Many times when I hit "Run" it does nothing. I must hit "Save" then open Run at the next prompt. This seems to have started lately. I've checked security settings but all seem ok. What am I missing here?

Well you did forget to say which browser your using or if it happens in all browser and which ones,
Also which security suite and any other third party utilities you have installed,

You are using IE? ( internet explorer?)
Becouse otherwise. Dont care to fix it. Download chrome or mozilla firefox
If its not IE then what browser are you using?
