First of all apologies if I am doing any of this wrong, I am not very experienced with this sort of thing.

I know nothing about overclocking and my computer is stock standard.

I was having more bluescreen issues previously that seemed to point to the networking drivers, and I updated those and was having less issues for a while.

I believe the current ones are relating to either my video card (Nvidia 680) or onboard graphics (i7-4770). The drivers for both should be completely up to date.

uploading my latest 3 dumps in the zip file (I believe CC cleaner cleaned the rest).

I would greatly appreciate any help with this matter

-Ghost

Thanks for the response, will try this soon (although i have done this with previously with an earlier set of drivers and was still having no luck. Willing to try anything though.

Stress testing the card is a good idea :)

One question Arc, what settings do I use in Furmark?
edit - sorry, the link you provided shows it. Sorry about that.

I ran the stress test for 10 minutes, got to 89 degrees and was stable there for the last 5 minutes of the test. I noticed nothing look odd during the test, so it looks good from that angle.

I should also note my pc sometimes has issues booting to windows, and occassionally hangs on the windows loading screen. A reset almost always follows with the message that windows failed to start, and gives me the option to repair or to start windows. Selecting start windows almost always works. Sometimes it doesn't and it won't work for the next 5 or so tries it won't boot up and either hangs or tells me there is a disk read error. I have tried running tests on the drive and nothing comes up as being an issue.

I performed all 3 tests as non seagate drives would allow, and my SSD (windows boot) passed all of them. The other 2 hard drives shouldn't affect the windows boot (I think) but they passed the two shorter tests and the longer tests are currently running. Is it worth waiting for those?

If the SATA cables are corrupt (you have to judge those carefully), replace those.

SSD is at the latest firmware,

tried to run the benchmarking software to see how it would stress test, and it bluescreened as soon as the test started.

Uploading the dump and will try again and see if the same thing happens.

UPDATE: SSD despite saying it was at the latest firmware has decided that it actually wasn't and offered me an update. PC rebooted successfully.

I will see how things go form here, hopefully this fixes the issue.

Went a day and a half without a blue screen or any reset issues. I then tried updating to the latest nvidia drivers (as well as geforce experience) so I could use shadowplay again. Trying to reboot from that again resulted in boot up issues (unsure if coincidence), with windows failing to launch and or hanging at the windows loading screen. I also got one blue screen yesterday.

I have uninstalled the current drivers and am going back to the one you linked me to, and will see if both issues still occur and report back.

The reset issues are a minor issue really, as my pc boots up fast and it doesn't happen often. The bsod is a pain though.

Sorry if I am being frustrating by trying to move through quickly through this, I had hoped that the firmware update on the ssd would have fixed the issues.

I had another bluescreen.

Used bluescreen view to look into it, and said it was ntsokrnl.sys

Hal.dll was the second last process running (assuming I read the program correctly).

Maybe it is a problem with voltage? Doing a quick google search indicates some people had that as in issue even without overclocking.

Is this an easy thing to test?

BS view isn't installed. I got a program I can open up without having to install it (I figured not installing new things would be a good idea at this time).

You are going to smack me in the head for this, but I ran ccleaner without thinking. Dump is unfortunately gone, will have to wait for the next one.

Also not trying random fixes is a great idea, I won't make changes to anything without you or another experienced person saying so.

I ran memtest again to see if anything came up, and all was clear there still.

Anything to suggest looking at while I wait for another blue so I can post the dump?

Any program other than windbg cannot give you a fair idea about the causes of the BSODs, and even windbg results sometimes are not very specific. When the results are not specific, it is to search a lot to determine a fair reason.

Without seeing the data, any suggestion is just a guesswork, so not worthy at all.

If you report a BSOD, dont forget to attach the supporting data.

No worries, will do so straight away in future. I attached the two previous ones to the first post, but I should have posted them in the reply where I mentioned the new bluescreens right?

Put them here just to note that these are the latest ones ie the ones reported in the last few days
