Solved BSOD and flickering screen at random time

Not normally but I would recommend buying a new card first.

I've been wanting to buy a whole new gaming pc for a while now. Do you think my motherboard is still viable enough to simply upgrade other hardware or should I just be thinking of buying another pc`?

The motherboard seems fine however, motherboards can fail quite easily. It might not be worth taking the risk but it's your call. There isn't really a way of testing the motherboard as so many different parts on it can fail.
I personally would buy a whole new PC. But it is your call.

People have recommended me to build my own pc. As a final question, can u recommend any sites that help you build your own for I have never build one?

As in a wesbite that builds the PC for you? Or a website that you can order parts on? Yea, I need advice aswell, to check if the hardware is compatible before purchasing. I'll check those out.
