Laptop suddenly wont start!

So today I went ahead and installed some windows updates, and while they were installing I went downstairs to eat dinner and came back to my computer not being able to start up at all.

The computer starts up but flashes a blue screen and just restarts, I went ahead and turned the auto restart off and the blue screen in the above link is what I'm getting. I've also tried to do a startup repair, but just hangs on that black screen, I've waited about an hour several times..
I've also tried to reinstall windows via bootable flash drive, but it also hangs on the setup is starting window, I've also tried that several times for several hours. I've also tried to repair it via bootable flash, but it does the same thing as the normal startup repair and hangs on that black screen. Will not let me into safe mode either.
clarification: I have both windows repair on a USB, and windows 7 installation on another USB, neither work on the laptop, but both work on my desktop.
Does anyone have any idea of what to do?
I have no touched the bios at all, I'm telling the truth about installing some windows updates, and came back about 30 minutes later to my computer acting like this.

That is a significant error. You need to use the Dos version of SeaTools to perform both a short & long generic test on the disk.

So I read into it and it said that it could only fix the problems it finds if I have a seagate harddrive, I'm honestly not sure what kind of hard drive I have, and I dont think I can even find out in my laptops state without mcguivering my laptop apart

alright, done with the short, and about 31% done with the long.

I have a feeling this is real bad, stuck at 47% for about 5 minutes, and up to 80 errors and counting

Yes....the ED bugcheck pointed to a very serious problem. There is a very strong posssibility that the drive is dying or already dead.

However, don't rush into anything yet - please try this:

1. Leave the long test to run for another hour (make a note of the progress and errors encountered)
2. If you have any data on that disk that you need, we can try rescue it, but the chances are extremely slim.

Lets get step 1 out the way first, and then we will try step 2.

I'll be here the whole day, so just post back and I'll get notified of the thread.

I would have left it running, but it seems that there were too many errors, as soon as it hit 100, the test completely stopped.

No I dont, I have all of my very important files on my desktop

1. Boot from the installation USB as if you were going to do a clean install
2. At the Languages screen, press SHIFT+F10
3. A command window will open. In it, type DISKPART and hit enter
4. Now type list disk and hit enter

What does the window report back when you do that?

well it does let me type DISKPART, but after I hit enter it wont let me type after that.

I let it sit on the screen while waiting for a response and I guess it was just VERY delayed.
2 disks, Disk 0 and Disk 1, both online.

I have come to the conclusion that D: is what is messed up. While doing chkdsk /r, c runs perfectly fine, but D freezes at about 30%.
I've also run some other commands with D and have gotten "this request could not be preformed because of an I/O device error"
