Hello Seveners!
I have been having trouble with a BSOD for a while now. It is getting to that extent that I bare it any longer! I need help!
Firstly, these BSOD's have been happening randomly, but normally the case is while it is in sleep, or when I put it to sleep, the screen will go black, but the laptop will refuse to actually sleep. It remains in this state of useless on-ness until either I pull the plug or it decides to BSOD.
I have a program called Soluto, which sends the details of the BSOD to my email. It said the error code was 1000009F and the likely cause was: nt driver.
I ran verifier.exe and restarted. Upon restarting I was constantly greeted by a BSOD informing me that there was a problem with HIDCLASS.SYS. Upon restarting with last known good configuration, I am here, looking for help! There are 6 results for HIDCLASS.SYS on my laptop, all seeming to point to AMD.
I have attached my Minidumps from today (two BSODes), my system NFO and a picture taken of the BSOD when booting after running verifier.exe. They are zipped as one, due to the fact that uploading of NFO files doesn't seem to be supported.
This is getting increasingly infuriating as I am constantly losing work!
System specs can be found on my profile and in the NFO.
I appreciate any help!
Many thanks,
Ben
