I got my new computer for my birthday a few months ago (custom gaming computer) and ever since my sister got her laptop fixed the internet has been HORRIBLE. I cant do skype calls with my friends without skype crashing and when I play multiplayer games I get like 200-900 ping which practically makes the games unplayable. (P.S. My computor is a desktop running off of wifi (router not hooked up))

I believe thats probably the Serial number. Do you know the name or model number of your router?
In general, wifi is not good for gaming. Does your router have a outgoing port to connect directly to it instead of gaming on wifi?
I would also sign into your router (if I get ahold of your actual router I can give you specific instructions on how to do it) and check to make sure you and your devices are the only ones that have access to your wifi. You can usually find the IP address to your routers settings on the bottom or back of the router. Then find connected devices and make certain its just your known devices.

I dont know the name of it, but the password is really long and complicated but I have no idea if it has an outgoing prot and if it does I dont think we have the cable to plug it in the computer

It could be so many problems, its hard to tell without knowing what the model is. How far and how many walls are inbetween you and the router? That could be a factor.
My suggestion would be to ensure you are the only one using your Wifi and try to see if you can connect straight to the router.
