hi i just want to know where to download W7 Pro 64bit oem for desktops because im tired off calling an IT just to reformat and install windows 7 when my pc fails to boot etc but first i want to know how:

How to check and get my windows product key/MS office 2007
i want to know if my windows 7 and MS office 2007 is genuine how to check it through offline coz i dont have internet connection

If you have a Product Key, you can always call a Microsoft 800 phone number and see what they have to say about it, even if you don't have Internet.

the IT guy buy the CD and he have the product key and from some instances if my pc fail to boot and needed to reformat my pc as usual i call the it guy and fix it and all i want is to save bucks i just want to reformat my pc on my own lol

If you'll take the time to look over the steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
which are the same for retail, these compile everything that works best with Win7. So if you'll stick with them during one perfect install you will get and keep it perfect for as long as you do.

But just to be sure after it's set up save externally a Win7 backup image to use in place of reinstalls, taking 20 minutes instead of a day or two.

You should have a COA somewhere on your pc with your key code, so all you have to do is learn how to re install windows if you have a problem.

okay i got it my last question is how to know if my windows 7 PRO is legit because windows 7 Loader is everywhere how to do it offline? because i dont have internet connection at home

After reinstall, you'll have thirty days to connect to Activate Win7. Using the latest official installer provided in tutorial which you burn yourself to disk or flash stick with the tool provided, there is no way it could be non-Genuine as long as you use your legal Product Key from the COA sticker.

Is there any COA sticker on the PC at all? What is the licensed version printed on it, and is the Product Key readable (don't post it).

If not, look at Control Panel>System page, scroll down to activation link and look at the Product ID. If the number string has the letters "OEM" in it then it would be suspicious to me. This appears legally only when the PC came from factory preinstalled with that version of Win7 which would also always have a COA sticker affixed, or a system builder bought a retail copy of Win7 OEM (for which he would have billed approx $100US minimum) or a illegal crack was used to activate it.

If you were billed by the System builder then there's a chance that an OEM in Product ID means it is a legal copy. I would simply call that person and ask for the legal product key. If they assure you that it is legal but they don't have the key then you can audit the Product Key with Belarc Advisor and try to activate with that key.

If no OEM is in the string it is likely a legal retail copy of Win7 for which you can audit the Product Key and use for reinstall.

If it won't activate you'll need to buy a copy of Win7 to use its Product Key to activate the reinstall.

We can also help you reinstall the original licensed version which came with the PC, which should have its Product Key on the COA sticker.

yea i forgot to say its the it guy built the system the IT guy wont give the key and as far as i know he didnt billed me for the windows 7 product key what to do now?

In your case it seems "IT" would mean Idiot Tech. If they are real and honest they are required to give users the key. Tel him you will contact MS, maybe won't have any effect though.
Other than that I think you'll be up to buy a key from a reputable dealer.

Do this to see if the key is valid, someone will have a look at the requested logs.

I'm still waiting to hear back on the steps I typed out for you to help determine if you have a Genuine install, because if not we need to help you install the OS which came with the PC, or you need to buy Win7.

So go back to my post and perform all of the steps I gave you reporting back on each one. Then download and run the requested Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions and post back in a code box (using the # on the reply box icons) the full report.

You should demand a refund from the ratbag IT guy and buy a genuine key for you PC. We can help you install it and keep it running. There's no need to keep reinstalling to correct problems if you are using common sense in browsing and downloads.

its a system built and its not came from other company manufacturer he build it on its own
