I was using photoshop and got black screen, after I open my PC again and open photoshop, I got the attached error.
Is this saying my GPU is going bad?

No, it's saying it had a problem with the graphics driver.

Yes, I am using this GPU from last 2.5 years and never face this type of difficulty in starting.
Right now I am using latest Nvidia drivers. which is 337.88 and tested by WHQL.

I know I was facing the same thing 7-8 months before and I tried cleaning my PC and reinstalling new drivers solved the issue at that time.

But now I have tested all the things, this problem is not going.
I am still getting the black screen when using prime95 but not by using FurMark.

And the thing is I got this first time while using ps. I have seen this error message first time and I am using ps from last 5 years.

Many time the newest driver is not the best. Try rolling back to an older version and try.

I have used the old version as well, same issue. That's why I installed new.

EVGA GEFORCE GTX 560 TI SUPERCLOCKED.

Then use NVIDIA DRIVERS 314.22WHQL only, at least on a test basis. Because it is the only driver version lately released by nvidia which does not fail at itself.

I will try them asap.

When I go to control panel and check for nvidia, I only show this.

Should I use DDU or the one which you have send as reference? Till now I am using DDU for unistalling my GPU drivers.

No.. . I do not have anyone near me who has this kind of PC. They are all intel and using low end PC.
While I use FurMark, I do not get any black screen, Furmark makes my GPU 100% use and goes to more than 95 C after few minutes, so PSU can be bad?

Well, a PSU is, you might call it as SMPS, I think.

Irrespective of Intel or AMD. It is the place where you attach the power input, and a fan spins there.

Yes, PSU = SMPS

What I mean to say they have 300W or max 450W Intex (cheap branded) PSU available with my friend or relative. No one has a godd branded PSU.

My brother has a 450W PSU, but I cannot run my GPU on that.
I need to use my mobo display, which I have already tested before getting my mobo and CPU rma and I got the black screen.

Yes, I can. But just a thought. If FurMark isn;t taking much power from PSU?

Sometimes the hardware failure are very random, software based tests cannot catch them all the times.

One very common blackout issue is "display driver stopped responding and now recovered". In most of cases it is a bad GPU, but furmark cannot catch it.
