narendharkumar3, Thanks for starting the new thread. Unfortunately you are getting a lot of 0X124 errors. That is a generic hardware error. It gives little or nothing about which piece of hardware it is. The only way is to do a lot of time consuming testing and troubleshooting. There was one error that appeared several times

Code:
kd> lmvm AsUpIO
start end module name
8d8b2000 8d8b31a0 AsUpIO (no symbols)

That is Asus Monitoring driver and as you can see is quite old. It most likely comes with Asus AI Suite and can be downloaded from Asus web site for your board. Motherboards - P8H67-M PRO - ASUS

If you do not already have them please download and install CPUz (CPU-Z CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting) and GPUz (GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility) Make sure not to download any of the junk ware they may try to install with the program, you can just uncheck the boxes and not install those add on..

I need you to post screenshots (Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums) of GPU the main page and the sensors tabs. I also need you yo post screenshots of CPUz the CPU tab, the mainboard tab, Memory tab and the SPD tab. On the SPD tab you can select each dim slot, I only need the dim slots that are populated with ram.

If you are overclocking anything, Please set it back to default values. While at the Asus web site update all of your drivers for the motherboard.

When you built the machine, did you do a clean install? Also, thank you for filling in your system specs. If you would, please update them as much as possible If you would like to know what we would like, click 'My System specs' at the bottom left of this post and see mine. I need to know, manufacturer and model of your PSU, Ram, Graphics card, if you have it, hard drives. The easy way to update system specs is go to your last post and click my system specs and there will ne a link there to update them. Just be sure to click save at the bottom of the page.

I would also like you to open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow in the box and press enter. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say 'windows found no integrity violations'. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Can you be a little more specific about your BSODs, for instance, do they happen when you run a specific program, or only in gaming or while performing some specific action. We will get to some testing once you answer the questions and upload the screenshots in the manner of the tutorial I linked to. I just need to know as many specifics as I can about your machine and what programs, if any, that cause tour computer to BSOD.

You are also going to need a monitoring program for your CPU and GPU temps. If you have none, I can suggest a couple.

If you don't understand anything I ask or want an explanation, feel free to ask. I don't mind explaining.

I checked for the updates through the AI Suite. it just had the USB 3.0 boost update. I updated it and it asked me to restart the system, and i did. But the same update keeps showing.
And this OS was a clean install.
I've updated my system specs ad you instructed me. Hope I have updated everything properly.
Today the BSOD's were happening when the system was idle. I left it after starting an NIS full scan, when i came back, it had BSODd.
And I'll really appreciate it if you tell me the programs for monitoring my CPU and GPU.

I've attached the screenshots that you requested in a zip.

These BSODs have put me in a slump.

First Lets try uninstalling AI Suite, it causes a lot of problems. Some, have had to reinstall to get rid of it. Try using Revo Uninstaller. You get a 30 day free trial. Also if you have Dameon tools and Alcohol 120 uninstall them. Also uninstall Norton with their removal tool. your event logs show some errors because of Norton. Then install Microsoft security Essentials If your card does not have one, use MSI Afterburner. You can set up an on screen display to monitor it in games a

let us know it ir works any better.nd also set an aggressive fan profile. You card is entirely too hot. I take it you are using on board graphics. If so there's little you can do except get a better CPU cooler. MSI Afterburner won't help, the graphics are on the CPU. for CPU temps, core temp is what I use. Just watch out for the add ons they try to install with it. You can opt out of them. If you get a BSOD after that upload the files. From now on, if you would upload the screenshots by using the paperclip icon in the reply window. The link I gave you about screenshots shows you how. That way every one can see it and we don'y have to download it to our computer and then extract the files. they will be right here. Also you lited no graphics card in your system specs and everything id dhowing the on board graphics. Is that correct? After uninstalling those programs I would like you to run memtest86+ Run only the program I linked to for a minimum of 8 passes, more is better.

Please Run Memtest86+
picture.php

   Information
Please download from this site http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

may I also ask why you are using X86 version of Windows? You have 8 GB of ram. Windows 32 bit can only address about 3.5-3.7Gb. So the rest of your ram is wasted. Windows X64 can use it all and more,

OK, That is exactly what we wanted. Go into bios and look at what your sata controller is set to and look at your ram frequency, timings and voltage. Your ram timings should be set to XMP on your board which should be 1600 frequency and timings of 9-9-9-24 and your dram voltage should be 1.5V. Then set optimized defaults, usually F5 after that is set, make sure your ram is set correctly (as stated above), make sure your sata controller is set to what it was before and set your boot order just like it is right now. Save and exit. Just make sure your ram is set as it is now, your sata controller is set to where it is now, and your boot order is set the way it is now. Save and exit, and you will be set.

Did you do what is in post #12 and did you run memtest86 as in post #7? At this point, anything is a possibility. I would not go buy a new PSU. If you want to test it, borrow one from a friens or someone else to try for a few days.

Yes, they should be the same. What I would like you to do is when I ask you to do something, you need to tell me you did or didn't do it. Otherwise, I don't know. Also, please use the tests we recommend. We use those tests for a particular reason. It may take some time, but we will do our best to find out what is wrong.

No worries, it's OK. I was just letting you know what I like. Simply, just let me know you did it or didn't. That's the only way I have to know, but nobody is upset. Don't worry about it.
