So this is the kind of wetaher we have. It's been hot and warm for weeks now and I'm sweating all day every day. Whyyy?? It ain't fun.

Wow, that's some extreme weather, there. We're supposed to have thunderstorms today also, but it doesn't look like it. Well, it looks like there will be thunderstorms this week.

I like this cold front this time of the year. I didn't think much of it last winter.

So we are having a record cooling this summer and last winter we had record cold.
This Global Warming sure has got me confused.

Actually, it's worse here because of the high humidity. Some people think no humidity is worse because it is so dry, but in my opinion, high humidity makes us get sticky and gross when we sweat so I think it is worse.

I'm backed up against the foothills and this time of year we get high clouds and thunderheads. It will routinely rain for a brief period, not enough to do any good but enough to raise humidity. By your standards or our deep south and east coast the humidity is very low but when you aren't used to it, it can still be very sticky. As you said I'll take dry heat over moist heat any day !

By your standards or our deep south and east coast the humidity is very low but when you aren't used to it, it can still be very sticky. As you said I'll take dry heat over moist heat any day !

I can't believe it's been 1 month since I moved from California. It feels like yesterday I took my last steps on American land for now. I will visit though because of all my friends there.

Absolutely great here for the time of the year. Enough light rain in the evenings to keep the tomatoes and peppers happy and the grass green. Low humidity and cool overnight. Windows open (the real ones) and the AC off. I want to bottle these days for when it gets really hot and sticky which I am sure it will.

Weather has been going hot and cold these few weeks. It's now 29c/84f. Rain from the early morning was good though.
