As long as they are not wild and don't use too much ranch dressing that you don't exceed reccomended daily sodium consumption, you are fine. In fact, us Koreans may actually have a worse problem with sodium because of the high consumption of traditional soups and stews which can have a lot of sodium. Also, you should watch your fat intake.
