Here's mine... I think your values are correct!

I would be only worry if those values reach that minimum voltage:

+12v: 11,406
+5v: 4,750
+3,3v: 3,136

So yours are OK.

Doubts based on what?

What are your symptoms that lead you to believe the PSU is faulty?

I think voltages are considered in range if within 10%.

long story is here : http://www.sevenforums.com/gaming/342946-reboot-during-game-event-41-kernel-power.html

Short story : i have problems , i keep replacing HW , and PSU is kinda one of the pieces i didnt changed .
But mostly , i have 2 GPU i tryed today , 560ti (was perfect before) and gtx 770 . And both caused critical crash ... And i have serius doubts both gpu are bad . (they both crashed pc at 60- 7 0 grades Celsius) so its not even cos of heat .

Can you fill in your system specs completely so we know what we are working with.

You are worried about your power supply but I don't see in your specs what power supply your system has.

Double check first if the two cables +12v 6pin & 8Pin onto your graphics are well plugged, also the ones coming from the PSU.

Any Air blower to help blowing out of that PSU the dust if you got it since a while?

Such GTX 770 Graphics are power hungry in game.

not a modular one . Yes they are well plugged in , in 770 its a 6+2 + 6 . In 560ti its 6+6 . And theyre well in , checked .
770 recomended is 600W .
560ti is less .
I checked with different calculators i should be "ok" 600 should be enough .
PSU was able to handle 560ti for 3years and 770 for 5 month's .

Any Air blower to help blowing out of that PSU the dust if you got it since a while?

i got a compressed air thingy i use regularly , its decently clean .

Check also the +12V Motherboard CPU Power ATX/EPS are well inserted too.

You can try a PSU Tester if you really think something is wrong with PSU, before thinking changing for a new one...is quite affordable and if you search YouTube, you can have examples how to use it easily.

possitive on 12v one .

Ok i was searching today for a multimeter , (didnt found one yet) But i was afraid that even if it provides right values (under load it shuts down ) I dont know if that is possible its just what i was thinking . This psu tester seems something more , does it test PSU also in "under load" conditions ?

Never tried one but it seems the best you can find for testing and is dedicated to PSU, to be testing out the motherboard load. As you can see prices are affordable for those ATX PSU Tester and easy to find around your country i guess. :)

Search some around YouTube videos to make yourself an idea. But it will only display you the proper PSU voltage of each plugs...nothing more under load.

It can be surely be found in Europa...

Anyway, try to see here if there's something to do with Windows 7:
Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

Did read the windows one . Ill read the second link tomorrow .

(wana try find problem with youre help , to be 100% sure , as i already wasted money replacing good pieces for nothing , before i get the PSU ) But incase i will need to buy it asap (i need pc for work also ... ) as an advice do you recomend getting a decent one , or invest into a great one ? Between CX and AX in Corsair series .

Would love manage to figure out whats wrong tho . IF there is anything i can do more , i will greatly apreciate any help .

I'll go for a 650w 80+Gold or platinum: Corsair Power Supply Units ? the state of the art PC Power Supplies for reliable delivery of clean power under imperfect conditions

CS, RM, AX but looks not the HX

You could try monitoring HWmonitor while putting the computer under a load.
Watch you voltages and see if it tells you anything. I don't know if HWmonitor has a refresh rate.

If you buy Corsair I would go with the AX gold or higher and 700w or higher.
